When I clearly and politely declined the offer, the caller Monika responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner and shockingly suggested that I should close my bank account if I was disturbed by such calls. Customers have the right to decline promotional offers without being insulted. This kind of behavior damages the trust and reputation of the bank. I strongly urge HDFC Bank to take corrective action and ensure proper customer service training for their representatives."
